Packing： We asked for shrink-wrapping, and they did a good job.  On-time Shipment： Yes, given delays in our world economy and unknowns, it is to be expected the time it took. Typically about 40 days or so. You need to understand the 'theory of constraints' whenever using suppliers, so be realistic. They were honest about this and even gave us a heads up about holiday breaks on their end, so we factored that into our time frame.
